Quality

Over the years, the Liège Space Centre has developed a policy of quality management essential in a changing world of the space industry.

This deployment is based on four different but complementary axes

• Quality Management System and Quality Monitoring
• Quality assurance and product assurance
• Continuous improvement programs (5S Program and Kaizen)
• The National Surveillance Organisation (For Space Transportation Directorate ESA)

The quality team is composed of 7 people, of whom 5 are “Internal Auditors EN9100” and 3 are “Certified ISO31000 Risk Manager”.

The objectives of General Management in terms of quality management is expressed in the Quality Policy of the Centre.
